2year old not sleeping

So I'm sitting here checking out IM at 3.54am and have been since 2.30am while listening to my daughter talking to herself because she thinks sleep is overrated and has no interest in getting any or letting mummy get any... :-/ anyone else suffering the same dilemma? Bubba is just about to turn 2 and does this almost every night. I'm beginning to think she will never learn the art of sleeping through the night!
