Does anyone here have diverticulitis/diverticulosis? Do you feel really nauseous sometimes? What other symptoms do you get? How do you manage it? Just been diagnosed and yet to get all the info. Is there a particular diet which is good? Thankyou

Avoid seeds.
There’s a fantastic print out from NSW health under ‘diverticulosis’ as that’s the correct term when not inflamed, it gives a lot of really good information.
