Just wondering if anyone gets really sick before their period and what are their symptoms?
For the past few years a day or 2 before my period i become so ill.

Yes I do, I also get bad migraines with it. Get some magnesium or pms supplements. I find natures own magnesium the best. Also get a full blood test done and ask for all your vitamins to be checked & hormones. Vitamin B’s and magnesium levels etc.
Yep. I get nausea, bad stomach pains and sore boobs before mine.
I get flu - like symptoms. It's related to my endo though.
