New lease after relationship breakdown

Hi all,
My husband and I have separated and he has mixed out of the house we were renting. The owners have approved me to have the house on my own and I am waiting for the real estate to give me my own lease.
It has been 5 weeks and they haven't supplied my lease so centrelink has stopped paying me rent assistance. Is it normal for it to take that long or can I do something for them to speed up a bit
