Pms after period finishes

Hello
I’m wondering if anyone has period like symptoms the week after your periods finished? When I have my period I feel energised and at my best but then the week following I’m tired headaches & extremely depressed. I feel like I’m pushing everyone away with my negativity and moods and I have no idea the reasons I feel like this. I am on the pill have just changed to a new one in hope that would help but so far this month the only difference Is the headaches not there but in its place I’m more emotional and the depression is worse.
I have talked to the dr hence the change of pill all they said was it’s strange symptoms for after the period and done bloods and urine which all come back fine.
Any one been through this?
