My husband & I split after 20 years. He ran a business from home while I went out to work. So any money earned (after paying bills) was put into his company & buying things he needed to try & better his business. Just after we split, he went bankrupt. My question is... would I have any chance of getting any money out of him (possibly superannuation)?

Maybe but he has the same chance of getting money out of you, so if you have been the bread winner on paper, you're likely to have more super. He has worked from home so can say he was the SAHD while you went out to work, he could well take you to the cleaners. I guess a chat to a lawyer will help you know if its a good idea or not.
