I couldn’t sleep, barely ate, couldn’t sit still at all, my head felt like it was spinning ALL the time. I lost weight, but gained it all back and then some when I stopped taking it.
It did not help me learn anything.
If you suffer from any kind of anxiety, it will make it feel 10 times worse.
Ppl have asked lots of times on here about Duromine. My husband was on it too for 3 months. This drug should be banned. It's legal meth. Some ppl become addicted just like you would a meth dependance. A doctor can only provide it for a very short time and not only does almost everyone gain the weight back when they stop taking it, but its bloody expensive. Almost everyone gains weight after a meth addiction. It also has a come down effect like meth does with mood swings and insomnia. This drug is bad news. Lot of Drs also don't supply it unless you are extremely overweight. Avoid.
Yep. It helped me lose 10kgs and I have kept it off. I loved being on duromine and wish I could live on it. It made me feel normal. Like I could get everything done in a day and still look after myself. I loved it.
I've been off it for 6mths.
During the time I was on it, I got into good exercise habits. I utensils it to do fasting and eat healthier. As long as I took the pill early and made sure I exercised that day, I always slept well.
I got the 30mg one, so in between. 40mg made me feel off my face.
It worked. I could still eat but didn't want to eat heaps and if I took it before 7am I could sleep that night.
It does work, but so easy to gain the weight back.
Use it to help you make healthier choices, smaller meals etc.
Some people don't react well to it though, mood wise. So be careful.
I've used it.
I liked it, I got the desired outcome. But after a few months you started putting the weight back on again.
The side effects are no sleep, dry mouth, mental health issues, shakey etc.
The only ones I suffered from was dry month, a bit shakey but I would sweat like no bodies business... It was outrageous the amount I sweat lol. But I was able to sleep fine, and had no issues otherwise.
Yes I lost 20kgs but if you don’t follow through with a proper eating plan and walking with a little weight training you going to pick it up again . I now have 7kg to lose I just started this week again after a year , I take it really early like 5 am so it doesn’t keep me awake. The side effects can be a bit crappy sometimes. It’s not a long term solution but really does help speed up the process if you willing to stick to healthy ways
I’m currently on it and combined it with the 5:3 or 5:2 fast diet. I started with 15mg per day in my first month. I took it everyday and lost 2 kgs. The appetite surpressing effect quickly wore off for me. I then took a two week break and started using 30mg per day 2 to 3 days per week. On those days I would fast (500 to 600 kcal) and a eat healthy/normal diet on the days inbetween. I keep busy with running after the kids but don’t really find enough time to exercise properly. I do aim for 10,000 steps per day. I lost almost 10kgs in two months and feel fantastic. I would not recommend to take it every day because you will built a tolerance rather quickly. I also use a supplement called L-Thyrosine to avoid developing a tolerance too quickly. You need to drink a lot of water. Be careful if you use antacids because it makes the effects much stronger. The only side effect apart from being very thirsty is that it does impact my sleep on the days I take it. I use half a tablet of Restavit for it and sleep all night. There is a lot of judgement out there. Before using Duromine I was unable to use anymore than 2 kgs. Everybody knows you need to eat healthy and exercise to lose weight. If it was that easy there wouldn’t be any overweight people in the world. Hunger always got in the way preventing me to lose weight. For me it is very close to a miracle drug. Also, while it is an Amphetamine it is a medical grade Amphetamine and vastly different to the illegal drug Speed in terms of safety, chemical makeup and purety. So, have a good talk to your doctor and see if this could help you.

Within a few weeks I was raging, had to pull up before I lost my shit completely.

I didn't sleep, I didn't eat. It was like being on speed. Learnt nothing and gained it all back. Look deeper and find a slow way to lose weight.

I’m currently taking it, only symptom I’m having is very little sleep. I won’t be taking it long term as I can’t handle no sleep.
