What sort of mental health help can you get when you don't want to go anywhere or see anyone and how do you initiate that process without leaving home? Thank you

There's a lot of online services that are available, generally chat/email type ones. You could start with a telehealth appointment and request a referral for a psychologist and then contact them and do over the phone appointments :) they will be used to it as during lockdown all appointments were over the phone anyways.
A lot of doctors will do a video or over the phone consultation.
Lifeline is also a good option of you need someone to talk to short term.
Best of luck x
Start with a mental health care plan with your GP using Telehealth. They can refer you to a psychologist who is using Telehealth. Otherwise contact BeyondBlue, they have online resources.
