What do families use in Brisbane if both parents work shift work and could possibly work the same hours some days with no grandparents to help? Got currently 2 days in primary school and third child in daycare 5 days but unfortunately the school care hours aren’t lining up and the the daycare hours aren’t working. Is there someone who would pick up kids from before and after school care and daycare & took care till parents arrive home or take to there house etc? Or a nanny for mornings and afternoons? I’m unsure where to start looking.

Family Daycare would be your best option
Family day care/nanny/au pair. Id probably start reaching out to family daycare providers.
Family daycare often do school etc and some will be flexible with shifts etc
There are several active Brisbane babysitting/nanny group on facebook you can join to connect with nannies.

This group is active and has 9k members. Obviously it is up to you to do reference and qualification checks. Hopefully you could find the right person for your family.
Nanny. You'd be surprised how affordable when you have 3 kids :)
