Make-up recommendations

Hi Mummas. I'm looking for recommendations for a great, everyday foundation. I've noticed the one I have worn for years is starting to 'settle' in my wrinkles, leaving lines. Making them more noticeable than ever 😒 I'm turning 40 this year 😳 And I think I need to accept that it's time for a foundation for... mature skin πŸ™ˆ
One that still covers the redness in my skin, uneven skin tone and a little bit of acne scarring. Whilst, still being light enough for daytime, everyday wear. If such a foundation exisits?? 🀞 I wear Mac foundation for the very rare night time date night, but find it too heavy (and expensive), for everyday, daytime wear.
Thanks so much for any recommendations!! 😊

Try a primer under your foundation. It stops the make up bleeding into your creases. Changing foundation alone won't stop 'bleeding' - in as our skin ages.

I second the primer! I’m 35 and have lines across my forehead and pores if I’m dehydrated. A good skincare routine beforehand and some top notch primer should help you. It’s expensive but I love pairing the farrasi primers blur and glass together. My skin looks so much younger after using those!

I am 47 and never used skincare till I was 45. I don’t like looking too made up. I use SeneGence tinted moisturiser, it’s colour correcting, helps with redness, has sun protection and skincare. Message me if you want me to send you a sample.
