Full on 4 year old

Wear him out. My son is still like this and he’s a teen. Swim, bike, run, jump on the trampoline anything that will wear him out enough to give you some rest at night.
If my son was still bouncing of the walls when it was dark or too wet outside I would lay out mattresses for him to jump all over, make obstacle courses and count his fast running, steps etc...
It’s exhausting but worth it!
