Tummy fat. Please help me.

I have been dieting and exercising for almost 2 years. I have lost quite a bit of weight but I still just have so much of a gut! I have had several children and my tummy area is where it is mostly stored. I have plateaued really badly but need to get some movement happening on my stomach.
Desperately.
You can see how much my tummy hang is shoved into my jeans. Its not loose skin its still just fatty and so out of proportion to the rest of me.
Any tips please? Do metabolism boosters really work? I'm not looking for a quick fix fad I need to see if there's something out there I'm not doing that's causing this.
I am very well aware of calorie counting, keeping hydrated and I'm at the gym 3-5 times a week. I dont know what else to do and its getting me so down.

Diet for tummies but remember mum tums just are. They hang and sag and just will to some extent.

Some of this is genetics too. My mum and her sisters all have tiny skinny legs and any fat goes too there tummies.
I take after my dads family so i always have big thighs/legs, arse. Which is great at the moment, butt (haha) the 90’s were horrible for me.
