Hello ladies!!
I need some help!! I have always dealt with cycles of depression, but generally never had to be medicated up until my daughter was born (she's 4 now) the cycle of drugs was horrible and really don't want to go back down that road, I nearly did the unthinkable. My question is I'm still suffering from crippling anxiety that more often than not turns into migraines i know I need something to help but antidepressants just don't seam to help

Cognitive behavioural therapy?
Antidepressants won't help with anxiety, as a rule. You may need to get a psychiatric referral and get some medication and therapy recommendations.
I've had, and still have, severe anxiety which was non-responsive to the medication my gp was prescribing. Until I saw someone else and they prescribed a proper anxiety medication.
See a naturopath, get iron studies and zinc done. Check gut health. Zinc direct precursor for Gabba, keeps us calm. Also take magnesium high dose daily. Energising yet calming. Look for herbs like passionflower, ziziphus and magnolia to help in the short term. Ethical nutrients at chemists bioceuticals are both reputable over the brands in the meantime. Go gluten and dairy free and eat low carb high fat, lots of good fats, walnuts, salmon, olives, think Mediterranean diet.
