Hi Mums!
Optislim??
So I'm genuinely concerned about posting this for the hate this page seems to be producing lately BUT here goes,
I've got a few kgs I just can't budge!!
Has anyone tried Optislim for that last little bit.
No, I'm not obese, I'm 65 kgs but hate my body.
Yes, I eat well and am physically active.
Please for the love of God don't tell me about the Cult healthy mummy 👍
And unfortunately I do not have the money for herbalife ect.
I'm aware I have to pay for Optislim but if it's short term to get the last few kgs, I'm okay with that.
I do live a healthy lifestyle, I don't drink or smoke.
I've seen the FB page but it seems to be people needing to loose a lot lot of weight.
Any help would be great, please keep your nasty judgemental comments to yourself ✌

I use them and count calories. I find if I start my day with a shake it sets me up for success whereas if I start with a coffee or nothing I'll grab an iced coffee of some kind of higher calorie food. And when im doing good, I also drink more water and eat more fruit and salads. So maybe it's psychological, but it works for me.
I've tried all the shakes, they're better chilled with ice.
I've tried the soups and the meals. Theyre not great but not all bad and are very low calorie and portion controlled. Being low calorie I sometimes add coconut yoghurt and a pappadum to the butter chicken , or parmesan to the soup, and it's then a better but still overall low cal meal.
I'm also 65kg (168cm tall) and have a bit of a tum that I can't seem to budge either. I'm looking into liposuction, I have found no shakes or diets etc work. I have lost a lot of weight overall but just not this bit of tummy.
That's me!!
I'm no way near as tall as you BUT the belly and love handles have just stuck and I want them gone before I can't get rid of them.
Good luck with the lipo 😘
I'd love to hear about how it goes one day if you're happy to share
Thanks :) I am happy to share if I end up going down that route.
It might be better if you stop focusing on the numbers on the scale and find some exercise that helps you maintain and build on your muscle mass and burn some fat. Weight training is excellent for this and can help you build a strong body. It's very very important for women as we age, as it helps maintain bone density.
I agree with this tone it up plus shakes can make u sick
Do it I had to use optifast before gastric sleeve surgery. I lost 12kgs in 4 weeks. I swear if I knew it worked so well I would have used it before I got to 130kgs. Its hard when you get the urge to chew. I cheated and had jerky on occasion and I alternated with optislim and optifast. Optifast was to milky and heavy for me.
Exercise Don't over do it. When walking go at a pace you can still talk at. Get in a pool and do laps walking or swimming.
Goodluck with budging the weight.
