Does anyone here suffer from silent reflux? I saw ENT specialist earlier in the year and was diagnosed. He gave me 40mg somac to take for 6 months. It was going well for a while but now I think it’s flaring up again. I’ve been getting a sore neck on one side, post nasal drip, fast-ish heart at times and bit of dizziness & anxiety. I’ve read that all of these are symptoms of reflux. But at what point do I become worried that it’s not reflux and is something else? Do any of you experience any of that? What do you do for your reflux? Any advice or help is appreciated. Thankyou

Put a brick under the leg of your bed at the head end. It'll raise the end of the bed and help keep the acid down while you're sleeping.
They could all be symptoms of anxiety too
Ask for a referral to get a gastroscopy done. You might need pH & Manometry to show what is happening.
