Tummy tuck or fat freezing

I have had 2 kids, 2 c-sections. I have now got the little pouch on my stomach that I want to get rid of. I am currently in the process of weight loss and wanting to get down to around 70-75kgs.
I will eventually want to get rid of it for my self confidence.
Who have you seen and what would you recommend? I am located in Brisbane.
