Fed up with my body

Hi ,

I am feeling so fed up.
I have been struggling with my weight since 2015 it's like I woke up and suddenly went from 65kg to 100kg.

I hate the way my clothes sit ,how they feel , how they cling to my rolls. It makes me feel angry, depressed , unattractive.

I'm angry because nothing i do seems to make a different.

I've cut sugar, bread potatoes, I have watched my portion sizes, I feel like I'm starving daily equally frustrating. I exercise and see no results which makes me so sad.

I've had hormones and thyroid checked multiple times.

I was once a size 10-12 now 16-18.

I am breast feeding so I would think that would also help. Post birth 9 months, my last baby in 2015. I can't seem to get any where near a healthy weight.

I can't seem to find anyone to help me with nutrition . I don't know if I am over eating under eating or destined to be fat forever. It affects my life in every avenue socially, sexually, mentally, I'm 30 years old and sometimes feel so pathetic.

I try to be kind to myself but I am sp mad ... why won't my body lose weight.

My goal is just to get to a healthy weight to start with. I am 171 cm and told I am over weight. I know I am. I can feel it I my arms my legs, knees my back.

I have been trying to lose weight since 2015 and it feels like I only gain more every time I dare to weigh in.

I am feeling broken.

Have you seen a registered dietitian?

Honestly the best thing I ever did and saved me a fortune.

I highly recommend seeing a dietitian for some sound advice. Often what we’ve heard is good for weight loss isn’t actually.
Also, what’s your water intake like? Hydration is super important in weight management.

You aren't under-eating. Having lost 75 kilos in the last 2 years I can confirm that it is likely over- eating. Unless you weigh and measure every single thing and keep track of every bite you'd be surprised at how quickly the calories add up.

I feel like your body just stops talking to you once you have kids 😅 then 30 comes along and it’s even harder to shift
The only way I’ve managed to lose weight between kids (and I mean getting to a comfortable 14, not anything drastic) was counting calories. I drink far too much coffee, chewing up to 700 calories a day 🤫 so sticking to 1500 is very hard.
Have you got a friend who you can rely on to do this with you? It can be a big motivator ❤️

I would recommend you join a program that gives you a proper food and exercise regime to follow. There’s are lots out there as comments have said. I am doing the 28 Program (Sam Woods). There is workouts and a meal plan with recipes so you get the right amount of nutrients etc
