I'm not sure how to cancel, but you can change your option to end of year only, so you'll only get money if entitled once it's balanced, or overestimate your income to over 110k.
If you really want to officially cancel it for some other reason, call them. at 8am you get straight through.
Just update your income estimate. Once you reach the threshold it will automatically stop.
