What do I do?

Hi,
I've been with my husband 13 years now,
I came into the relationship with 3 kids, we now have another 3 together, my oldest has left home.

I'm fustrated, my husband won't help at home whatsoever, he works 9-230ish, all he does at home is sit outside smoke and watch movies or whatever on his phone.
He won't help with kids, won't help with house work, won't help with anything whatsoever, the kids no longer ask him for anything because he just ignores them...
Meanwhile me, I work part time sometimes it can be full time depending on how much work there is for me, I come home and do everything I haven't been able to mow the lawns in 4 months because I just don't have time...
I'm worned to the ground, I've tried talking to him about it and he just gets angry and puts the blame onto me, so I don't bother saying anything anymore.

What the hell do I do?!
