Check out fairwork.gov.au it shows you the eaxact amount you should be earning for the amount of experience and time you have been working in that profession.
I’m 2.5yrs in a role in regional QLD ON $50,000 incl super and I’m currently pushing for a decent a hike.
Wow That’s a pretty average wage, I thought It would be much more, atleast 65,000 -70
I believe it should be, I’m pushing for $65 as I haven’t had a pay rise since I was in training and have been Independently handling my own files for 2 years now.
Yes I’m surprised it’s pretty average. I would be pushing too. You can only try and if not look elsewhere.
