How do people deal with anxiety?my mind.is always going a hundred miles an hour..Takes me ages to get to sleep at night..Always rushing to keep house clean,always rushing to do this n that...i want to relax more be more calm/Patient as a mother...please tell me im not the only one who is like this..any advice

No advice, sorry. But I am exactly the same. Not sure why, but at the moment my anxiety is through the roof
I’m exactly the same - I decided to medicate almost 5 years ago which has helped me a lot.
I find I just need strict routine with everything ,so I don’t fall behind in house work etc. maybe keep a note pad beside your bed at night so you can write down what ever it is your thinking as I know my head keeps going and going because I don’t want to forget anything I need to do or any of my thoughts 🤣 so cray cray.
If I’m really bad I take time to sit down and colour in as it makes you focus on what you are doing and become present . There are some pretty cool adult colouring books out there.
It may not be for you but my point is to stop and take time to bring yourself back to the present time. Maybe try find your calming tool ??
Headspace is also really good for meditating :)

Its not for everyone but medication. And it does take a while to find one that works for you. The side effects etc going on and coming off aren't the greatest but once I found one that worked for me it was great, I was on it for 10 years. I'm now off it and see a psychologist regularly after finally being diagnosed with BPD. Still have horrendous anxiety days but its a million times better than 24/7
As for the insomnia I was having i went on another medication for that but wasn't on it for long as I hated the drowsy feeling I was getting throughout the day
I am exactly like this. I take medication which helps but I’m still like this. I just think some people are really highly strung. Sorry I’m not very helpful. But just know your not alone x
