Is my hair normal

I went to the hairdresser the other day. First time for ages.
She recommended foils for me topped with a Toner
I was happy when i went out the shop (my hair was wet as i had to make another appointment. But not long after i tocuhed my hair, and the blondish parts felt like they were melting and breaking?

Sad enough but ever aince i cant get my hair smooth. I put on a mask in the shower, overnight treatment, leave in conditioner ypu name it. I can get my hair brushed through after forcing, and ten min. Later it will be a birdanest, it tangles unbelievably quick. I have had foila before but it never was like this. I cant wear my hair open anymore because after half hour it looks like i havnt brushed it. I have usually very straight fine hair, once brushed it will stay smooth forever eapecially with my mask in the shower. But nothing helps. Im so upset. What could have went wrong or is this normal?

Id say she left the bleach on for too long and you've had breakage and its fried your hair.

If you've got fine hair and its mostly natural virgin hair or blonde hair already for previous colour, that's probably far too long.

Go back and see them. Complain . If it can't be fixed after its settled a bit, you may have to go darker to save it, or it will keep snapping and splitting. I've had to do that before myself.

Left the bleach in too long or your hair was in poor condition before having it done. A good hair dresser will refuse to bleach hair that’s already too damaged. A bad one will do what you ask, no matter what.
My hairdresser sets the timer for shorter amounts, and checks on the hair to make sure it’s not going too far.

Sounds like
Ur hair was in poor condition and then the bleach made it worse. However as you left when it wasn’t dried then they might use that as a way of not fixing it as they couldn’t see the finally result. Saying this as someone who’s worked in a lot of salons
