Yes, when I hit 40.
If u haven't already seen a gyno and had a hysteroscopy and been thoroughly checked out by one i would be doing that to make sure there is no underlying problems!
I did earlier this year. It is very common. I’ve lost weight and got back to a healthy BMI and it has stopped. My gyno also did a full blood work up and a bucket load of tests to ensure there was no other contributors. I was all clear. Changed my diet and started walking 30 mins per day.
That’s great news that something helped you. I don’t think it’s the problem with me though as I only weigh 56kg.
