Question..... I kept the house after my divorce and have the court order which shows this (I took on all the debt also). Can my new partner take me for half of it if we split? Or only the value between what it was then and now?

Yes he can take a portion if you’ve been together a certain period of time. How much depends.

You need legal advice on creating a financial agreement. Once living together for a certain time he becomes entitled to a part of it. I'm unsure how much, but better to protect yourself.
