Anti Ageing Products

What do you use to keep yourself looking youthful?
I really don’t mean to sound vain but I feel like I have aged overnight since having kids!
I feel like I don’t make self care a priority but I would if I had some good recommendations. I am happy to spend a bit of money but don’t know where to start. I like the thought of more natural products but am open to anything. Serums, tablets to nourish from the inside out?
I am 32, I think I have pretty normal skin.. but am getting some faint age spots & lines that don’t disappear when I keep my face still! Haha
I know, first world problems!
But please, hit me up with what you have tried or use & actually see making a difference!
Thank you ladies x

Sunscreen every single day. Drink water and watch this as it will save you a tonne of money and time it what to look for.

Sunscreen is your best friend. A tan may look great, but it’s the leading cause of premature skin aging.
Keep hydrated, don’t smoke. Eat a wide variety of healthy foods, and exercise daily.
For skincare, other than sunscreen, I use Purity cleanser daily, Nip and Fab exfoliator once a week, and Oil of Olay for sensitive skin during the day and L’Oréal night cream at night. Don’t forget neck and décolletage!
A great product that helps to minimise the look of fine lines, especially around the eyes, is Nanoblur. It’s available at Priceline.
