I have a very strong vaginal odour and it's really affecting my relationship.
It could be the coldest day and I'd still swear down there and have an odour without doing anything even remotely strenuous.
Ive tried all the home remedies, google tips, vaginal washes, wear cotton underwear, go without, showering often, changing underwear throughout thd day.
Drs and pathology tests came back normal.
I'm a bit overweight however when I was "healthy" I was the same and changing my diet hasnt helped either.
I don't know what else to do...

Have you had a Pap smear ?
Have you seen a gynaecologist? Because I think it’s time.
I’d also suggest taking probiotics daily leading up to your appointment
Have you had your hormones checked? An endocrinologist might be worth seeing too!
Yes I've had a papsmear recently, came back fine and the swab I had taken came back fine as well however Dr gave me some antibiotic cream to use just in case but it did nothing. I haven't seen gyno just gp.
I had blood tests a while ago where they checked all my iron levels etc. Not sure if that's the same as my hormones?
Have you always had this problem?
It has never been this bad before however I do believe it has been like this for a while now.
Ask to be tested for bacterial vaginitis. It doesn't just show up in a pap smear you need an extra swab. It's an easy fix too a short course of a certain antibiotic
Try using Mitchum clinical deodorant down there, it won’t effect your Heath by using it, I know someone who had the same problem and everything came back Normal, so she started using that and doesn’t sweat or smell anymore, there is a name for it, hyperhidrosis
A plain yoghurt, no sugar/flavouring. Dip/coat a tampon into it, covering tampon- insert it into your vagina. You can leave for a few hours- I have left it for up to 5. It helps with restoring the ph levels introducing good bacteria to the area. Do this once a day for 2-3 days if needed.. it may help you.
Is it an off ammonia type smell? With a discharge? It may be Trichomoniasis? Is not something they routinely check for when they do the STI tests. Maybe just check out the symptoms and then have a chat with your Dr if they symptoms match?
I had an issue years ago and it was because I was drinking v's, too acidic and threw out my ph. Now i don't drink them anymore and also drink lemon water it helps balance your PH
Go without under wear as much as possible. Sleeping at night etc, that might help
