How much does the tooth fairy give? In our house it’s apparently 5$ a tooth now 😬 I find this way to much but apparently it’s the new 2$ in the money world 🙄 this decision was made in a week or 2 during when I wasn’t living with my partner and my step daughter. My daughter now has teeth wobbly and I’m not sure how I feel about matching the 5$..

My sisters first tooth lost tooth she got $5 and mine was 50 cents as that’s all my mum had

I was at $5 (son is now 22). You know what, in the big scheme of things I'm almost certain he's never given a thought about it since. It's your kid, pay what you're comfortable with.
Hell ours pays with chocolate money.

I agree, what can you do with $2 besides buy lollies? $5 is not much money these days. I don't really have a set amount I usually give a handful of change whuch would be between $3 and $5.
