What deodorants have you found really help with sweat and odour??
I have tried multiple different brands from the supermarket/chemist and nothing really helps! I've always been a bad sweater and it really affects my self confidence & day to day life. All my white tops are stained yellow, I even sweat really badly when I'm cold, I get so embarrassed and am sick of having wet patches!!!
So what have you found that actually helps for bad sweating? I've just recently switched to No Pong, which is a natural alternative and has been good for odour but unfortunately isn't antiperspirant. I've previously tried all the Clinical ones too.
Please help?!

Only rexona. I also use wet towel to wipe my pits midday and reapply.
Mitchum! I used to be exactly the same as you and nothing worked! Mitchum has been a godsend.
I'm the same, and so is my sister. I was having luck with one of the clinical ones but it isn't as effective as it was. I sweat ALL the time, even in bed. I was thinking about botox under the arms? Apparently it works well.
Your body can become resistant to deodorants so it's recommended that you switch them up every 6 months (just a fun fact lol).
I second Mitchum, that's my go to in the summer months. I have been using Dove Clinical recently, that's good too and gentle on the skin which is nice!
Consider your diet too, my BO is pretty awful if i eat too much dairy (I am intolerant though, not that it stops me lol) garlicky or spicy foods.
So i tend to avoid them when i can, doesn't stop me sweating but it stops me smelling like a rotten taco 😂
I have a whole stack of different ones and I alternate them. My body gets used to one if I use it longer then a week.
My favourite in Sukin spray though.
Redwin sensitive skin Aluminium free. I am a sweater too and have a young girl who has really bad BO and this totally works. Please give it a try.
