Hi mummas! So I had my third baby 5 months ago, and I was really wanting a product to give me some energy in the morning and (maybe) help me lose a few post-baby kilos. So I bought a 'fat-burner' product. It's main ingredient is caffeine. I don't really think it's helped me lose weight, I've lost 6kg, but I have been dieting so I don't think I can credit the product for that. But I love love love how it makes me feel! It perks me up pretty quickly, it lightens my mood and just makes my mornings much easier. I'm not a coffee drinker at all, so I imagine this is how all you coffee drinkers feel after your morning dose? It contains 150mg of caffeine per serve (equivalent to 1.5 - 2 cups of coffee). Now my dilemma is that I'm aware you can develop a tolerance and dependency to caffeine. Knowing this, I try to limit my intake of the fat-burner to 3 times a week. What I'm after is a recommendation for an energy supplement that does NOT contain caffeine. That way I can use them interchangeably and perhaps avoid developing a tolerance to the caffeine and the product not working as it does now. Help a tired mum out!

Try viral green! It’s not an instant hit like caffeine products but within a week of taking it I felt a difference.
Try a vitamin b? But beware if you are breastfeeding it can dry up your milk
