Hi sisters, I am just wondering - Has anyone ever 'reversed' the growth of grey hair?
I am too young to have as much grey hair as I do and it is starting to annoy me! I don't see a trip to the hair dresser every week or two weeks as an option, so have been doing some research with regards to vitamins etc to reverse the growth of grey hair. I am just wondering if anyone has ever done this or can recommend a solution? Not ready to 'age' yet! :(
Thanks!

You can just do foils, that way you don't have a harsh solid regrowth. And would only need the hairdressers every 4-8 weeks, possibly even longer.
I'm a hairdresser so happy to keep chatting if you have more questions
Thank you - I have extremely dark brown hair, and previously this has proven ineffective given that the regrowth looks disgusting if left too long! happy to hear more though?
I get it coloured then use a regrowth spray inbetween colours.
I'm 46 and just starting to go grey at the hair around my temples. I use L'orelle gray spray, it comes in different colors to match ur natural hair colour . It also depends how gray you actually are as the gray spray is only a little can and used mainly on small sections of the roots . It also washes out .
Just do the roots yourself. That's what I do as I have really really curly hair so it takes about 18 months for my hair to get uneven and need a cut to reshape it. Until the greys came, I was convinced it didn't actually grow lol. Turns out it does unfortunately.
Home box job. That's what everyone I know does. Wear it or dye it.
Yup, that’s me lol
If you find what you’re looking for, you’ll be a millionaire lol
There is a chinese herb well known and available that does have some success called Fo ti
Grey hair is genetic, sadly there ain't a vitamin on the plantet that'll reverese your genetics lol.
As a fellow dark haired early greying girl i feel you. Box dyes, root touch up hairsprays or embracing it are about your only choices!
Research the chinese herb Fo ti, it is available online as a supplement. I am in my 50s and use it. I colour my hair maybe every few months or so just to get a nice sheen I am naturally dark haired as well. It may not work for you, but do a lot of research and give it a go. There are Aussie stockists.
