Disputing child care percentage for child support purposes.

I am wanting to dispute the care percentage for child support purposes. What kind of "proof" will I need? Is the process worth it?
Ex has 100% care. Our eldest moved to another state last year as he was given the opportunity of a life time in a line of work he has a lot of passion for. Meaning, said child is no longer in either of our care. Now the ex has recently updated these details with Centrelink BUT only declaring he moved 1 month ago not 12.
Is the process of disputing the care percentage for the previous 11 months, with child support easy (who am I kidding, nothing's easy with child support) How long does it take?
My "proof" includes text messages with my child and good old Facebook posts!

You will just need proof of accommodation, either bills or something official in the childs name, proof of working and work address. All should be easy to get, stat declarations can be used too. They usually leave a dispute case open for a month or so giving each party plenty of time to provide paperwork etc and then they decide on an outcome based on the proof they have.

Also keep in mind though that if your ex has been fully supporting your child during this time then CSA will probably still see it as being in their care. Bit like sending your child to boarding school, they are not physically in your care but you're still caring for them and supporting them if you get my drift.
