Hey mummas just wondering if anyone has used healthy mummy for weight loss or can suggest anything to help I have a busy working life and young kids and wish to loose some weight I have looked at other diet suggestions from low kj to low fat or low carb just seems everything you eat is bad I’m not a big junk food eater the weight just creeps on from not watching what I eat

Try weight watchers :) works really well and fits in with family life

I'm doing HM at the moment. Smoothies for brekkie and food from the hub throughout the day. I have SO much more energy and feel less sluggish from fatty foods and I am so so so much more organised. I only put 2ish hours a week towards prepping meals for the week and then I don't have to think about what I'm eating for another 7 days. It's great really.
Putting health at the top jump onto third group it’s amazing it’s not shakes it works and is fully sustainable
