While pregnant with my second I suffered badly with incontinence to the point I had to wear pads all the time.
Background, my first was a terrible birth. After 61.5 hours, she was a forceps delivery and I had a third degree tear and episiotomy. Basically I was never able to have children again naturally after this.
My second pregnancy was terrible. Everything that could happen did. My third was perfect.
The problem I now have is since my second I suffer from invontinence. I feel so embarrassed to tell my husband that I have to wear the pads again as if I sneeze, cough or laugh I wet myself.
I have looked into vaginal rejuvenation rather than surgery and was wanting to hear the good, bad and ugly about it.
Please help, I’m desperate.

I don’t think vaginal rejuvenation will fix continence issues. Please see your GP, they can help you with this.
Have you seen your gp about then problem? That should be your first stop. My friends had trouble with incontinence after having her first baby. Her issue is that her bladder is slightly tilted so leaks - no surgery required and she is seeing a women's health physio
I have the same problem after my second child and have rashes from its
