How does parental leave with centrelink work

Hubby and I are thinking of trying for another baby but we are in a bit of a grey area about employment. I have been employed by one company for 5 years but we are looking at me resigning at the end of the year to move onto another workplace. If we start trying for a baby soon does me changing employment midway through my pregnancy effect my paid parental leave from centrelink? Do i have to be with the one employer the whole time or can I change employment as long as I meet the required hours for the work test?

You have to be working 10 out of 13 months prior to the baby being born and have done 330 hours

So it shouldn't matter if it's not the same workplace just as long as I cover the hours needed?

As long as you do the hours it doesn’t matter

You don't have to stay with the same employer. You just have to meet the hours required

Be aware that your new employer is under no legal obligation to keep your job open for you.

Thank you maybe that's why no one changes jobs during pregnancy. The job I will be going to is working in the office at our business so hopefully hubby keeps my job open for me or it could become very awkward at home. Lol.
