Hey ladies.
Bit of an embarrassing and long one. TMI
I've just realised (more like come to terms) with the fact that I have incontinence. I'm 2years post birth and noticed it started a couple weeks ago when my hips started to play up. My hips were that bad I couldn't lift my leg onto the bed without being in extreme pain. The issue is Okay some days but some days it's bad and I just feel so dirty
I'm going to go to the doctor and chiro about the issues but I guess I'm wondering for anyone who has or is suffering from the same thing what did you find the best products to use were.
I have been looking at modibodi undies as I'm not a fan of wearing pads as they cause chaffing in places chaffing should never exist 😂 but wanting recommendations as I've never gone through this before
Thank you everyone.

I've also experienced this issue and found seeing a women's physio who can give different suggestions to be helpful. I ended up having an operation to have a sub urethral sling inserted and haven't had any issues since.
See you gyno and women's physio, my bestie had a shocker with incontinence and had sling surgery with an excellent result.
Ditch the Chiro and find an oesteopath instead. They work on both soft tissue and joints instead of just joints and help the problem rather than just pushing it back where it should be. I spent years seeing my Chiro and then thought I’d give oesteo a go and I will never look back! As for the bigger issue as most have said you need a women’s physio to start with.
It’s more common than it should be and there are many ways to improve your situation. I wish you a speedy recovery xx
Ps woolies sell period undies for about $15 if you want to test out a pair before you spend bigger money
