I'm just wanting advice on what to do please....
I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and have a 4 year old. Throughout the time I have been with my partner, I have put up with a lot.recent events have made me end our relationship (without going into too much details, dv and drugs related). We are in a rental, the lease is in my name and I pay for everything... rent, bills etc. he does not contribute as he doesn't work or get Centrelink. I have told him that he needs to leave but he is refusing... I feel like just packing up all my/kids things and leaving myself, only issue is that I live far from my family and have nowhere to go.
How do I get him out of my house? I'm worried if I was to call the police, things would get worse. My lease will be up soon but I don't have enough for a bond elsewhere...and I can't pack my whole house of furniture etc when I'm heavily pregnant. Please, what do I do?

You call the police, if it gets worse you call them again and put an AVO on him. He doesn’t have no where else to go he’s just saying that because he is using emotions against you. You have no where else to go, he obviously does. Kick him out or get the police to do it. Get the locks changed when he’s escorted out. So he can’t let himself back in.
You ask him to leave. Give him 15 mins to get his stuff together and he is gone. Do you have a friend who can be there while you do this? If he doesn’t leave when you ask him you call the police and they will remove him. He has no legal right to be there and is trespassing.
