I’ve had enough of cheap crappy office shoes that don’t give me the support I need AND only last a few weeks! Tell me, what are your go to office appropriate shoe brands that are supportive, comfortable,good quality? Extra points for brands that don’t break the bank!

Dr Martens! They have all different styles (not just boots) and are very comfortable and appropriate for the office. A few admin staff where I work wear them.
Birkenstocks or something podiatrist designed...check out Footmaster orFootgear.
Visit The Athletes Foot for a fitting. When they recommend a shoe ask why (for instance my foot rolls around a lot so I need a shoe with a wider base for stability). I can use this information to choose other shoes and also see a podiatrist to see if you have anything else going on. Yes they'll give you the hard sell on the $800 inserts, ignore that and ask for cheaper options and exercises to help if they find something that's not quite right contributing to discomfort.
