Labiaplasty. I am after some advice before I go and see a surgeon. After childbirth some years ago I have noticed that both my Labia Majora and minora have become very prominent. I hate wearing tight clothing as you can see a prominent ‘camel toe’ and often opt for dark clothing/dresses to hide this. I can feel everything and often becomes irritated and sore. I know it’s now ‘trendy’ to have a designer vagina however, my issue is very much medical/confidence. I’m in qld.

Okay, you need to speak to a GP. If it’s caused by ageing or hormones then unfortunately after surgery, it’ll happen again.
Your issue does sound more cosmetic than anything, so I’d suggest thicker cotton underwear for comfort.
Yup. Better undies and appropriate clothing choice are the go in my opinion
Have you got any weight to lose? Do that first just incase there’s any sag so the dr can fix that too. Nothing worse than a skinny girl in tights with a visible saggy vagina.
