Bacne

I have the worst acne on my back. I'm using a prescription cream (epiduo) but it isn't doing anything. I'm washing it with sukin cleanser and scrub. And I've just gone and bought hand skin and nails vitamins. And I don't eat much bad food at all the occasional lolly but that's it.
I'm so embarrassed by it. Now the nice weather is coming I want to be able to wear something other than a jumper.
Any ideas on what else I can do??

Try an antibacterial wash. I got one from the chemist and it works great, stinks like hospital clean but works (ie their hand wash)

I'm not treating acne but seborrheic dermatitis on my face, I've battled it for decades and finally have some relief from a simple solution. It hasn't cured anything or performed miracles but the redness is less and the dry scales are less frequent. Not saying it will help you but at next to zero cost it can't hurt to try it. I buy powdered pink himalayan salt and oil from an organic shop. I've used apricot kernel oil and walnut oil. Next I'll give hemp oil a go. I use a tspn of salt mixed with enough oil to make a paste, apply it to my face and gently massage it in. Stings a little but doesn't hurt unless I accidentally snort some. After 5 minutes I wash it off, and after my face is dried I use the oil as a base moisturiser too. I let that soak in and then have a probiotic moisturiser I pop on top. I've used a simple moo goo type moisturiser too. This dermatitis is also an oily skin condition so it seemed weird to treat it with oil but it's working.
