Why is it that us mums and women have to continue on when we’re sick
You know still get up in the morning, do the washing get the kids ready go to work, come home cook dinner bath the kids and etc
Yet when the man is sick he can just lay in bed?
Every time I’m sick and my husband has something planned I have to pack the kids up and into the car we go and we do whatever he has planned yet this weekend I was promised to a beach trip and now he is “sick” has a small head cold and my day was canceled
I could go myself on the train with 3 small kids but no I’m at home and he is complaining and whining that I don’t do anything.
I’ve been yelled at because there’s no tissues he likes and because the kids are being loud
I literally wanna make him do everything I have to when I’m sick

Put your foot down then when I'm sick, I'm in bed and hubby deals with the kids. When we're both sick we split the load. When it's just him sick things continue as per normal because he chooses not to rest... Where as I embrace 'man flu'. Nothing wrong with saying you aren't doing something because you don't feel well.
Because men are giant babies. He is perfectly capable of buying his own tissues!
Get the kids and go out for the day so at least you dont have to worry about listening to his man flu complaints!
Ooh yeah I’d go get his special tissues, and anything else the man-baby wanted.... but I’d leave the kids at home with him, oh and I’d stop for a cuppa, and drive the long way home 🤣
