Very sick family pet

My dog has fallen very ill 💔💔. He was vomiting and pooing blood I suspect my neighbour has baited him 😢😢 my dog has been through so much with me throughout the years and he and the kids adore each other.

I am a single mum on a pension plus work part time... I have savings for my dogs unexpected vet bills but that won’t cover this and the vet has just called me saying he needs to be transferred to the animal hospital who don’t have payment plans... I applied for VETPAY which they accept however I was denied which I have no idea why, I don’t have bad credit!! So my question is does anyone in Brisbane QLD know another companies or vets that provide payment plans? This is so urgent.

I’m so heartbroken for my boy and need to know what’s happening.
