Hi imperfect mums looking for advice or story's like mine, so here goes, I have a baby that was born 7 weeks early he will be 6 months birth age but like going on 4 months corrected age, he's just not that much into tummy time and he's not rolling yet I'm getting concerned, I get down on the ground with him he's okay for like 5 min but that's it, what do I do will it pass will he roll or should I take him to a doctor.

Child health nurse if you're concerned but given he's only 4 months corrected I wouldn't be too worried yet.
My son was a full term baby and he had no interest in tummy time, actually he hated it. Does your son have reflux or is he a pukey baby? My son had reflux and it was actually painful for him to lie on his belly. He only rolled a few times at around 6 months, was sitting unaided at 7 months crawled at 10 months and walked at 12 months so he still met all his milestones on time regardless of his lack of rolling and tummy time.
He does seem to puke after being on his tummy 😯 I guess that could be a possibility thanks ☺

My son was born 6 weeks prem and hated tummy time. He never crawled, just moved around on his bum and didn’t walk until he was 18 months old. He is nearly 15 now and although he reached milestones a little later than full term babies, he got there eventually and by the time he started school he had caught up to his peers on everything. Don’t stress, babies do things in their own sweet time and for premmies things can take a little longer.,
My son was 7 months as were three of his friends :)
If his not floppy in anyway don't be too concerned yet. If it will give u peace of mind take him to a paed.
My first born struggled to roll. I took him to a chiropractor with extremely good CHILD reviews and within 2 sessions, he was rolling. Worth a shot?
Sounds okay to me. I wouldn't worry at all! My middle girl rolled maybe 2 times before crawling at 8.5 months and walking by 10 months. He will get there when he's ready!
