How long do payments take to register in the child support app?
I was on a private agreement with my ex. He didn't pay one week because "something came up" so I decided to get the agency to start collecting to save me having to deal with him. They are organising to garnish his wages but until then he was to pay the agency directly.
He was due to pay the agency for the last 2 weeks of May but nothing is showing on my app under "next expected payment".
I know the agency expects payments by 7th of each month and then will pay me after that, they told me around the 15th of each month.

I expect after missing one payment and having Child Support sicked onto him that he's dropped his lip and won't pay until they take it. Just my guess.
Child support collect and disburse retrospectively so it could be 6 to 8 weeks before you get anything.
When csa first started collecting on my behalf I was told they transfer payment around the middle of the month. Now I usually get at least a part payment in the first 7 days of the month, then the rest at some point in the following 3 weeks. Anything not paid by the 7th shows up as outstanding, and whatever amount is going to paid shows in next expected payment 3-4 days before transfer. From memory, it did take at least a couple of months before I started getting payments and they do collect back payments.
