Sick and stressed

Hi all IMs, I am married with 2 school aged kids and work for myself part time. I am sick with a bad kidney infection and it stresses me out because I think of all the things I need to do that won't get done, if I take time off work I don't get paid. My husband says that I make him feel like he doesn't do anything but he doesn't. There is no, honey just relax and look after yourself and I will do what needs to be done. It just doesn't get done till I am better or I have to ask my mum for help. I am not whinging about my husband as I have excepted the way he is. What I am asking is how do I let this stress go during the times I do get sick and can't give my life 100%? Thank you
