Colic baby wont sleep

My baby has colic and will not sleep unless she is being pat on the back and jiggled. It is exhausting. I am getting nothing done during the day and I have a toddler as well. When we do manage to get her down I'm completely exhausted. She is on medication for it and it is helping, but not enough. She is exclusively breast fed, no dummies, wont take a bottle at all. I have cut out a lot from my diet but it hasn't changed anything. Dr says she will grow out of it, but cant tell me when. She feeds every 2-3 hours still (12 weeks old). Adding to this she has also started teething and just screams al the time.
Anyone have any advice?
