No confidence to go back to work

I have not been at work for 3 years now. One year I traveled then came home and fell pregnant. My daughters now two. She's just started day care. I'm really wanting to go back to work to pick back up my carrier. But the problem is I've become so comfortable being a full time single stay at home mum. I've never really had any confidence in my self so I feel so nervous about going back, to walk in and hand in my resume. I just don't think I can do it. Has any one else been in my spot. How do I get my confidence back?

Yes I was the same as you. I was terrified and more nervous than I've ever been in my first day.
I've been back working for two years now and I have my old self back. I have confidence and I get dressed up and go out and have productive days and get things done and interact with adults - and enjoy it!
Unfortunately, it just takes practice and powering through those uncomfortable feelings and negative thoughts. Try to think about the positives.
