Try Trina Farren-Price with Aussie. Not sure if she's Brisbane but I think she's nearby, we had all sorts of problems originally. We couldn't get a loan with our own bank, couldn't understand the paperwork for the FHOG, had no idea what to do. She did it all for us, and when there was a small glitch with the valuation she talked to the bank to get an easy solution. Highly recommend her.
