Help getting baby number 3 to sleep

I have a 7week old baby, a high needs 6 year old and a 3.5year old. I have postnatal depression and am loosing my mind over this. I am having trouble getting the baby to sleep during the day. I have never really been great with getting my children to sleep and have read every book and article I can find over the years. Despite this here I am again unable to get a baby to sleep and feeling like a failure. I should be able to do this basic thing by my third but apprantly not.
I keep missing all his sleep cues because I am busy with my other 2. Or they come in and are loud and wake him and I have to start over. Even if I set my older 2 up with an activity they will be in to see me just as the baby is starting to drift off waking him compleatly. If I say shhh the baby is trying to sleep i will be out in a minute they don't get it and keep talking loudly. To make matters more sticky it is 32 degrees in my house, my fan is crap and my little one likes to be wrapped up tight.
I can't baby wear as it is way too hot we both end up dripping in sweat and my anxiety gets worse. Plus my back is killing me.
So I am rocking and feeding an overtired newborn to sleep and it is taking way too long for a cat nap. Then to resettle the same story all over again.
Any suggestions from mum's would be great great. How do you juggle 3 without being a cranky b****?

Hugs. I don't know how anyone does it without being a cranky b****. Do you have friends/ family that might take your bigger kids sometimes? They are probably going stir crazy cooped up in a hot house and babies (especially newborns) are hard work. If not maybe an air conditioned play centre where they can let out some steam, you can baby wear and the white noise may even help the bubs sleep?

I took your advise and got my brother to take my older 2 to the cinema. I also got my mum to buy some lovely super soft bamboo muslin wraps to use as our christmas present. Wow what a difference a break from 2 makes :)
