Does anyone else find themselves self sabotaging with depression?
In early November, I was having a good week mental health wise and had a job interview and was offered the position.
Fast forward to now after a bad depressive episode lasting a few weeks and it looks like I might not have the job after shutting down and not being able to cope and a whole mess of missed phone calls and emails not getting to the right people.
Things finally start looking like they're heading in the right direction and then it all falls apart.
How do you break the cycle?
