Should I change time for meds?

Hi ladies,
Is anyone here on Pristiq? I have been taking it for about 6 months now and initially it gave me the energy to get through a hectic day. Now I take it and can barely keep my eyes open on a not so hectic day! If I change to taking it at night will that help or will I still be tired the next morning? I literally have to nap for half an hour to an hour after I take it (which is after the kids are at school luckily) and then I wake up groggy but am fine after about another half an hour to an hour. It's driving me crazy!
Side note- could this be an effect due to current stress or is it the norm for these types of meds?
Thanks heaps for any advise or suggestions.

Go back and see your doctor, or more importantly, a psychiatrist who can manage your medication properly.

It may be that pristiq is no longer the best medication for your body.

I have noticed it not as effective anymore either but I dread changing meds. I will do what I need to though especially with holidays fast approaching I can't be like this with kids at home. Thanks for your reply

I went through like 6 before I found one that was the best fit - it’s a pain in the ass but worth it in the end
